This website is operated by Northwest Auto Broker, a licensed motor vehicle dealer at 1211 Central Ave N, Kent, WA 98032 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site — call us or come to the lot instead, and we'll help you the same way.
These terms cover the website only. They do not change, replace or override a purchase agreement, retail instalment contract, service contract, repair order or any other document you sign with us. If a signed document says something different from this page, the signed document wins.
Our inventory pages are generated automatically from the dealer management system we use to run the lot, and are refreshed regularly. Even so, a listing is a description of a vehicle — it is not an offer to sell, and no contract exists between us until we both sign one.
All vehicles are subject to prior sale. A car can be sold, on hold, or away for reconditioning while its page is still up. Specifications, options, mileage, colours, trim levels and equipment lists come from VIN decoding and third-party data and are not guaranteed to be complete or correct. Mileage is as shown on the odometer and is subject to the odometer disclosure you receive at the time of sale.
Verify before you rely on it. If a particular option, feature or specification matters to your decision, confirm it with us and inspect the vehicle before you buy. We're happy to check anything on the phone.
Advertised prices are the vehicle price only. They exclude tax, title, licence and registration fees, any dealer documentary service fee, and the cost of any optional products you choose such as a service contract or GAP. Your out-the-door figure will be higher than the number on the listing, and we'll walk you through every line of it before you sign anything.
Prices can change without notice, and any special offer applies only while it is posted and only on the terms stated with it. Where a payment or price depends on financing, it assumes approved credit.
We try hard to keep this site accurate, but pricing and data errors do happen — a mistyped figure, a feed glitch, a stale cache. We reserve the right to correct any error and to decline or cancel a transaction based on one, including after an enquiry has been submitted. We are not obliged to sell a vehicle at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel on that basis, we'll tell you straight away and refund anything you've paid.
We want to be straight with you about this, because plenty of dealers aren't.
The vehicles in our photographs are real, and they are the actual car you would be buying. They are photographed on our lot, and the vehicle itself — its body, paint, wheels, panels, condition and interior — is not retouched, straightened, recoloured or generated.
What is altered is the background. On many listings the exterior photographs have had their surroundings replaced with a computer-generated scene, so the car reads clearly instead of competing with a fence, a wheelie bin or a grey Kent afternoon. Where a vehicle's exterior shots have been treated this way they are given a single consistent setting, so the walkaround looks like one shoot rather than a scrapbook.
Where we have done that, the vehicle page says so directly underneath the pictures and tells you how many photos were treated. Interior photographs are never given a replaced background — the cabin, dashboard, seats, boot and engine bay you see are the originals as-photographed on our lot, and so is any exterior shot we have not treated.
Some scene-setting and lifestyle imagery elsewhere on this site — banners, headers and section artwork — is illustrative and may be computer-generated or stock. It is there to set the mood of a page and does not depict a specific vehicle, our premises, our staff or our customers unless it says so.
Colours shown on a screen are approximate, and screens differ. Photographs may show optional equipment not included in the price, or may not show every mark on a used car. Photographs are not a substitute for inspecting the vehicle. Come and look at it, or ask us to walk you round it on a video call — we'll do that gladly.
Any monthly payment shown on this website — on a vehicle card, a vehicle page, or a calculator — is an illustration for information only. It is not an advertisement for credit, not a quotation, not a pre-approval, and not an offer of any particular rate or term.
Estimates are produced from assumed figures for term, rate and down payment. Your actual payment depends on the lender, your credit, your down payment, your trade-in, the term, taxes and fees, and the products you choose, and it will usually differ from the estimate. Nothing here is a guarantee that credit is available to you on any terms at all.
We are not a lender. We arrange financing by submitting your application to third-party banks, credit unions and finance companies, each of which makes its own decision. All financing is on approved credit, and approval, rate, term and down payment are set by the lender, not by us.
Submitting the financing form on this site starts an application and creates no obligation on either side. The tagline "your job is your credit" describes the kind of lenders we work with and the kind of customers we can usually help — it is not a promise of approval, and it does not guarantee that any lender will approve you.
Buying a vehicle service contract, GAP or any other optional product is never a condition of financing, and never affects your rate or approval. How your credit information is handled is explained in our privacy policy and in the separate financial privacy notice you receive with your application.
The sell-or-trade form gives us enough to work out a realistic range for your vehicle from the information you provide. That range is an estimate, not a firm offer, and it depends entirely on the description being accurate.
A binding offer requires us to inspect the vehicle in person. The final number reflects its actual condition, mechanical state, tyres, service and accident history, title status and the market on the day. Any offer we make is valid for the period we state and is subject to clear title, a valid odometer disclosure, satisfactory identification and any loan payoff being confirmed.
We sell used vehicles. Every used vehicle has wear, and some have history.
Unless a written warranty is provided, vehicles are sold "as is" with no dealer warranty. The Buyers Guide displayed in the vehicle window and included with your paperwork is what governs warranty status for that specific vehicle, and it takes precedence over anything on this website. Any vehicle service contract you buy is a separate product with its own terms, conditions and exclusions — our warranty page is a general summary, not a contract.
Descriptions such as "clean", "well maintained", "lease return" or "dealer trade" are our honest opinion at the time of listing, not a guarantee of condition. Where a vehicle history report is mentioned or available, it comes from a third-party provider and reports only what was reported to them — an absence of reported damage is not proof that none occurred. We strongly encourage you to inspect any vehicle and to have it examined by a mechanic of your choosing before you buy.
Requesting a service appointment on this site reserves a place, not a specific hour — we'll confirm the time with you by phone. Any repair estimate given before we have the vehicle is provisional; work is authorised on a repair order that you approve, and additional work needs your approval before we do it.
Parts availability, prices and lead times are subject to the supplier. Vehicle shipping quotes are arranged with third-party carriers and are estimates until booked; delivery times are not guaranteed.

This site links to and embeds material from other companies — vehicle history report providers, our finance partner's application, mapping services, and our social media pages. Those services are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or what they do with your information, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Vehicle data, specifications, fuel economy figures and history reports originate with third parties and are provided as-is. Fuel economy figures in particular are original EPA estimates for comparison purposes; your actual mileage will vary with condition, maintenance and how you drive.
The design, text, layout, photographs and code on this site belong to Northwest Auto Broker or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Northwest Auto Broker name and logo are ours.
You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in shopping for a vehicle. You may not republish our content, reuse our photographs, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with something we are not. Manufacturer names, models and logos appearing on this site are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell.

Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about a vehicle purchase or a finance contract are governed by the dispute resolution terms in that contract, which may differ.
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive it.
We may update these terms as the site and the business change. The effective date at the top of the page tells you which version you're reading, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
